Recently discovered a water leak in the upstairs master bath when a piece of the dining room ceiling fell out due to a pipe leak in the master shower. Called Same Day to come take a look at the damage. They found that the ceiling and walls of the dining room in addition to a large part of the walls and subfloor in the bathroom were 100% water damaged. They set up their Dexter style 'kill room' containments and got to work. After a few days of demolition and a week of drying out both areas (upstairs and down) we are ready to start putting it all back together. Thank goodness, too.. those fans and dehumidifiers (while totally necessary) made us feel like we were living on the runway of LAX.. So Loud! Just means it's working, I guess.. :) Oscar and crew were very professional and accommodating. This was a highly disruptive week but these guys made it as painless as possible. Also - their prep work in protecting the surrounding floors/areas was 100% the best I have seen. This company cares about their workmanship and customer service and that truly shows in everything they do. A++ guys! And a special shout out to Oscar.. he is aces..
